Due Dilligence
At Valopp, we prioritize integrity, transparency, and professionalism in all our dealings. Our commitment to these principles is reflected in our rigorous due diligence process, which we have established to ensure the highest standards of business conduct.

Expectations from Brokers and Facilitators:
Valopp expects all brokers and facilitators wishing to collaborate with our platform to adhere to our due diligence standards. We value direct communication and encourage brokers who have direct contact with either the end buyers or the end sellers to engage with us. Brokers who are not in direct contact with the principal parties are advised to exercise discretion before reaching out.

Exchange of Company Details:
To foster a transparent and efficient working relationship, Valopp emphasizes the importance of clear communication. Brokers approaching Valopp should:

Direct Contact:
Ensure they are in direct contact with their principal, be it the end buyer or end seller. This direct line of communication is non-negotiable.
Company Information:
Be prepared to share comprehensive details about their company. This includes, but is not limited to, the company's website, corporate profile, registered office address, and functional office phone numbers.
Corporate Communication:
We have a preference for corporate emails, as they reflect professionalism and authenticity. Sharing corporate presentations and other relevant documents is also appreciated. It's important to note that emails from public domain servers may not be prioritized.
Valopp's due diligence process is a testament to our dedication to maintaining a trustworthy and efficient platform. We believe in building lasting relationships based on mutual respect and understanding, and our due diligence process is a crucial step in that direction.
